Products and exchanges are subject to stock availability.

3. Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order is a request to purchase from Delight Styler. Orders are subject to confirmation, stock availability and verification of the information provided.

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and billing information. Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you. Any payment received for cancelled items will be handled according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices and order amounts are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

The final order total, including applicable delivery charges and taxes, is displayed at checkout before submission.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected upon delivery. For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully confirmed before dispatch.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, remote locations or courier delays. Contact us if your order is delayed or undelivered.
