PAYMENT POLICY

Currency

All prices and order amounts on Delight Styler are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Available Payment Methods

Customers can use the payment methods displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available where offered at checkout.

Online payment methods are available only when displayed and enabled at checkout.

Order Total

The final payable amount, including applicable delivery charges and taxes, is displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.

Payment Confirmation

Prepaid orders are processed for dispatch after successful payment confirmation. Cash on Delivery payments are collected upon delivery.

Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment fails or remains pending, check its status before attempting another payment.

If money has been deducted but you have not received confirmation, contact us with your order number, transaction reference, payment date and amount. We will investigate the payment status.

Duplicate Payments

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Payment Security

Do not share your card PIN, CVV, password or OTP through WhatsApp, email or social media.
