Order Confirmation

After an order is placed, our team may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order and delivery details.

Orders requiring confirmation will remain pending until confirmation is received.

Dispatch

Confirmed orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours, subject to stock availability and operational conditions.

Delivery Time

Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery may take up to 10 working days because of severe weather, public holidays, remote locations, strikes or courier-related delays.
