- Sale Items: Items on sale would not be returned or exchanged. Only size can be changed depend on the availability of the stock.
- Exceptions: Certain sale items and personal hygiene products, such as underwear and swimwear, cannot be returned or refunded unless they are deemed faulty.

Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed or confirmed by our customer support team.
- Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information.
- Sania Noor reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including the stock unavailability, pricing imprecisions, or the declined payment by your authorized financial institution.
- If an online payment was made, the customer will either be issued store credit or a refund.
- A refund will be made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase and the amount may appear in your monthly credit card statement in 3-10 days.
